Who We Are

Orakser (Orakzai Services) is a private law practice in Karachi acting exclusively in intellectual property matters. The practice advises Pakistani businesses protecting their position at home, and international rights holders who need counsel on the ground in Pakistan.

We are not a government body, an agency of one, or a delegated provider for any authority. We are instructed lawyers acting for clients.

How We Work

Every matter starts with an assessment rather than a transaction. Before anything is advanced on a client's behalf, we establish what the commercial objective is, what rights already exist in the field, and where the genuine risk sits. That assessment sometimes tells a client not to proceed. We would rather say so early than expensively late.

Decisions belong to the client. The relevant authority decides the outcome. Our role is counsel and representation between those two points.

Manufacturers, pharmaceutical and consumer goods businesses, technology companies, media and creative businesses, retail groups, franchisors, and international rights holders requiring Pakistani counsel.

International Reach

Through established associate relationships across international markets, we advise clients extending their rights beyond Pakistan and coordinate matters in foreign jurisdictions, so that a portfolio is managed as one strategy rather than as disconnected local actions.
